Good morning!! Happy Friday to you!!
Some of you got up this morning very early…. and by the time you read this email you are already at your regular day job. I commend you for your commitment. When someone has 30 hours to work on their business without a full time job already, I remind them of you. Your diligence, sacrifice and dedication. I also tell them to stop whining about all the 'hours' they don't have. Because YOU, the one already working a career, have it much harder.
There's a certain challenge as well if you are raising young children in the home. A struggle between hours with the kids and working on your social media relationships. A challenge to know when to pick up the phone and when not to. (When the kids are playing or baby is crying or you're at the children's doctors appointments is NOT the time to call anyone for business!)
So what can we do in a very busy culture when it's hard enough to already DO the things on our To Do list…. and we really sincerely and with all of our heart want to make more money and create a life we can enjoy on our own terms?
It is my personal belief, the smartphone and social media IS the answer.
If you can't prospect and close all day on the phone, and you don't want to make your family resentful of you doing so every single night and on weekends…. working your business through Smartphone Social Media Driven Apps is the ONLY answer. It's the ONLY tool you can use, and not have to talk to someone live by phone and you CAN do a lot of substantial business time effectively.
Angela Brooks built her entire business on a smartphone and replaced her income in just 19 months. A 22 year income… REPLACED.
Steve Wright uses social media to make great connections with customers WHILE he's at work at an engineering job full time. His boss doesn't mind because it doesn't distract him and he can easily log in and log out. He makes several thousand dollars every month on the side, very part time.
