There are two kinds of leaders in our world. Which kind of leader will YOU be? The one driven by the bottom line? Or the one propelled forward by the difference they can make.

Wealth follows purpose and passion fuels it forward. Give me someone who isn’t too smart but is on fire and I can teach them how to succeed! Icy cold arrogance and pride go before a fall, and the one who thinks they know so much, but does so little to affect their fellow man, rarely has anything to show for it at their gravesite. Some men’s works follow them the good book says, and some men’s works die with them. Will YOU be the kind of person that people never forget?

A person who is unwise and careless is DRIVEN by pressure. It drives them and sadly it weakens them. But the one with wisdom, they will stand. They are strengthened through the trial. Though tried by fire, they do not relinquish. Tested and heated up seven times hotter, they come out shining, stronger and made better for the testing.

A person who is unwise is always making money the main focus in their business, and their priorities in life are driven by the profit over the principles, even to the point of theft. They steal other people’s ideas, won’t do the hard work, want to push forward fast, without ever doing the time it takes to make something last. Their lack of principle weakens them, and it reduces their value over time, making them less than they ever dreamed they’d become. The one who walks in credibility and honor puts purpose and doing what is right first, even if it means to suffer loss. They profit because they endure. Their strength in the fight enhances their passion and makes the journey worth it all.

When we walk in wisdom, we’ll create a legacy and something we can be proud of. Our children will rise up and call us blessed, and we’ll be known in the gates of the nations, as the one who stood strong, walked with excellence and didn’t give in to corruption along the way. The bottom line results we create will sustain and our hearts will rest easy at night, knowing we did what it took, answering to One.

When our character weakens all in the name of moving forward, we lose more than just our leadership, we lose our reputation, peace of mind and even our sleep at night. Don’t go down the slippery slope of manipulation, codependence, gossip and judgements. Remember that character is worth having and a reputation our children are proud of is the best thing we could ever have.

YOU are wise, you’re not careless. You have purpose, you don’t bow to the world’s cheap path of ‘hustle’ at the expense of relationships, principle or profit. I bless you today. Endure my friends. The blessing will come and it will be worth it all!

With love,

Sandi Krakowski
