#LOVE

#LOVE is the most powerful gift God has ever given us.

It makes us crazy, makes us happy, makes us swirl and dream and sometimes even explode. Love is not perfect,it's not some Hollywood fairy tale. It's imperfections, committed together and brought together, because of love. I have never lived a perfect life. My husband and I have been married for 22 years. We've gone through financial devastation, financial blessings, health beyond measure, looking younger than we are, hearing I might not make it, diseases that have terrified us, children who take our breath away, make us stay up all night praying in worry, make us cry at how amazing they are despite our mistakes… and the list goes on.

I don't know of anything as powerful or more worth pursuing than LOVE. To love, to be loved, is the SUCCESSFUL life. Family, friends, open hearts, open hands, it's a life worth living. Through all the challenges, the pain, the celebrations, the imperfections, it is truly God's greatest gift to us. He first taught us love and this is why we can love, for God so loved the world that He GAVE His only Son, that whosoever would believe in Him would have eternal life.

Love. It's like nothing else.
