What if it DOES work out?

Seriously, what if all those dreams you’ve had actually start to happen and it does work out!?

Quit preparing yourself for failure and stop protecting yourself from disappointment. You were CREATED for belief! GO BIG!

It’s such an insult to God when we try to calculate how He is going to do what He said He can do.

It’s equally an insult to the enemy when we believe God and could care less how He does what He said He could do, we just do our part and believe He WILL do it!

The power of expectation is incredible.

And before you think I’m going off on some metaphysical newaged mumbo jumbo woowoo psychosis, please remember where we get this power from! It was WOVEN into our very being. We were designed with it.

The person who is always expecting failure and always expecting loss has the exact same power inside of them as the person who is always expecting things will come together and the person who is always expecting favor.

The power of expectation is a gift from God.

Children do not expect that Santa Claus will disappoint them until some cantankereous adult who is stricken with skepticism starts to shoot down their dreams!

They lay out cookies! They BELIEVE!

Some of us actually believed so much we were convinced that Santa came into our house!

Others of you were groomed to doubt, be skeptical and not believe. You were trained that this was the correct way to protect yourself so that you would never be disappointed. You were taught that disappointment is so painful it’s better off to just suffer, live in constant lack and struggle, than to ever get any hope that something might work out. Protect yourself, trust no one. That is the motto you were raised with.

But deep inside of you is a DNA strand that was designed by a loving God to believe. To expect. To hope.
