The Secret Strategy Of Those Who Implement Quickly!

I've just returned from an intense one day Mastermind in Chicago, IL with 10 of the most powerful business women I've ever had the honor to work with. We arrived at our hotel on Friday afternoon, gearing up and preparing ourselves for what lie ahead. Amity and I had gifts, surprises and more in store for our guests, but what transpired was far beyond any of our expectations.
Friday night as many of the ladies went off for pizza, Amity and I were up until 11:00 pm putting our final touches on the preparations. We laughed in my suite as we discussed what our current work situation is. We are a virtual company and work miles apart from each other. Amity works from her home office in Kentucky and I work from mine in Indiana. Together, along with the help of several other very critical team members, Tiffany, Anna, Rose and Jon, we run A Real Change, International LLC. We were laughing at how fun it would be to work in the same office together someday!
We enjoyed some wine together, ate dinner and talked about all the events ahead. We shared what we were beginning to envision for our weekend…..but we had no idea what was awaiting us.
The day started bright and early on Saturday morning, meeting with coffee, tea and assorted breakfast foods in our meeting room. All of the ladies showed up early and ready to go. Expectancy was in the air.
I asked God to come and fill the room with angels and His presence. We also asked Him to download to us all the wisdom and knowledge we needed in each of our niches. That's when things really began and Something bigger than us took over.
Within minutes we were going over our "Ideal Client" and got a serious revelation of what so many people miss when seeking to understand this critical key of marketing success. All of the ladies were nodding their head and by the end of the first hour many were saying things like, "I got it, that's exactly what I came here for! And it's just the first hour!" or, "That is what I couldn't figure out! Oh my gosh, that's it!"
Into the second hour we moved and then began to talk about how to use the internet to successfully outpace, out perform and bypass all competition. Each of my guests got a clear vision of what they needed to do with where they were currently at.
As we took our first break we all agreed that the energy was so high and so full in that room we couldn't wait to see where we'd be by noon! Fay was connecting from Australia via Skype and a web cam and said, in the wee hours of the Australian night (because she's 13 hours difference from us) that she could feel what was going on, too!
Then we went fast and furious into re-fining each woman's marketing plan. Strategies, insights and more came forth! And to be very honest with you, I was blown away at some of the things we were receiving!
We talked about Social Media and why so many companies and people are not using it right. I shared step by step with this private group what we did to earn more than 1/2 million dollars with our company this year through Twitter and Facebook alone. Jaws dropped…. and it wasn't because they were shocked at how brilliant it was! They were shocked because they INSTANTLY saw how they too could use this in their businesses.
Lunch was being served, consisting of grilled chicken, salmon, lettuce wraps, fresh salads, and fruit. We were very happy that all things were coming together to make this an amazing day! Not wanting carb filled, sleep inducing foods we had gone to great care to make sure our Millionaire Mastermind Session was supplemented with good protein, water and veggies!
Pressing into the afternoon, insights, miracles and more came forth! Several members got a plan for a straight path to a million dollars in profits. Gina Alexander received an outline of what she could do to earn an extra $500,000 in the next 12 months! To top that off, it was one of the easiest ways she had ever seen!
We all felt like dancing a few times!
Many of my guests were in tears at very personal moments when we touched belief and how we think!
When dinner time came we all got our jackets and headed out to Harry Carry's Legendary Steak House. It was my pleasure to treat them to delicious steaks, wine and some of the best vegetables we had ever had! To top it off we had a few desserts and 11 forks served! It was perfect!
Going back to our meeting room, we continued ahead with re-writing, re-defining and re-building business plans and marketing outlines. Dr. Mary Starr began to give my neck a Peppermint Massage to keep me sharp, awake and on task! (Thanks Mary!)
As it came close to 10:00 pm I asked my guests how they were doing and they all agreed…. let's keep moving forward! We closed the night out at 12:00 pm midnight with a blessing. I asked God to ACTIVATE, seal and bring to pass all that we had learned, written down and received.
To say it was a life changing time is an understatement!
It was the best day of my entire 14 years in business!
What one secret do these business women have in common? They are implementers. They are action takers. Many were already activating their marketing plans right in the middle of our sessions!
To implement is the secret key to millions. Not planning, thinking or processing. Knowledge doesn't pay and it won't give you power. Implementation and action will.
We all agreed that we wanted to meet at the same hotel, same room in six months to check in, refine and rebuild again!
Amity and I closed the night out planning our next event in April of 2011.
Where are you when it comes to taking action? Here's a secret key I'll pass onto you that I shared with the ladies Saturday.
Take the clearest path you can find. Quit trying to weave your way through the fog. Do what you love, find your passion and keep moving forward.
